TERMS & CONDITIONS
SOULcare memberships begin on the day of purchase and continue on a one-month rolling basis, renewing automatically on the same date each month. Benefits described as monthly, such as one float per month, are provided on a per calendar-month basis and reset on the first day of each month; unused sessions do not roll over. You can cancel at any time through the member portal by signing in above, or by contacting us, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid membership period and no further renewal payment will be taken. All benefits are personal and subject to availability, advance booking for some facilities, fair-use limits, and our full Terms and Conditions.
